RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At the Steve Simpson Design store, we strive to provide you with a first class shopping experience. In the unlikely event that you receive your design in a damaged condition, we will be happy to replace any item returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

Please ensure that the design is returned to us in its original packing. The onus will be on the buyer to ensure that the item is sufficiently protected both for transportation and postal insurance. To protect the buyer, photographic evidence of the damage may be requested prior to the item being returned.

The parcel costs are free please contact Steve Simpson Design for the parcel to be collected . No parcel costs will be refunded if the customer uses any another means of postage .
